Corporate Recruitment Advice

Having worked in-house as a recruitment manager at blue chip companies, I have extensive experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process across graduate, MBA and experienced hire levels.

This work has included:

-  Working closely with senior business managers to scope out job descriptions
-  Identifying key behavioural and functional skills required for success in each role
-  Sourcing, negotiating and liaising with search firms
-  Placing job advertisements in the press and on websites
-  Writing and delivering recruitment presentations on campus
-  Designing robust selection processes
-  Screening, selecting and interviewing candidates
-  Developing and participating in assessment centres

As an Associate, I provide support to organisations on all or parts of the recruitment cycle.

I am qualified to use Saville Consulting's Wave Personality Questionnaire and Aptitude Tests for selection purposes.
